Positive: The location is excellent, the view is very pretty, and the building facilities are very nice. The balcony is great, we ended up spending a lot of time there when we were home.
Negative: We had a big issue with our check in, which was due to a mistake and lack of communication between the property owner and administration, and was really stressful, we got locked out in the middle of the night. We did not get even an apology, the whole thing was brushed off as a normal thing. In addition, the apartment is really small, it says it fits more people, but we were in 5 and it was already tight. Not enough chairs for all of us, the sofa bed wasn’t working, so if you’re more than 5 people be aware that it won’t fit comfortably. The apartment is also old and mouldy, the air conditioner leaks on the walls, and the suit bathroom leaks water everywhere. The apartment could use some renovations and more care, the place itself is not comfortable, but since we spent most of the days out, it wasn’t the worse thing.
Summary: Old and small apartment, but excellent location and facilities for a good price
